We've gone HD with our latest Sanyo HD1000 camera. So from now on we'll be shooting our stuff in High Definition. We caught up with the times.
It's a True Story... We've started production on our next short film called 'True Story'. It's based on a true story set in London about a fake robbery - which goes wrong. We are set to film in London later this year, and we've already filmed some of the minor scenes and shots. We are trying to get some outside funding for this project.
Its a Final Cut World... AWT Films has now fully upgraded to Apple's latest pro editing software, Final Cut Studio 2, which is now the industry leader in post-production.
Twisted Visions (our last film) was reviewed by the film critic Kimon Velitzanidis giving the film 3 & 1/2 stars out of 5 and hailing it as "a wonderful series of shots" with "the photography and lighting [giving] the film a more professional and also artistic feel, which in combination with A. Cornelius Thompson's careful style created scenes of cinematic pleasure".
Mr. Velitzanidis also goes on to "recommend [Twisted Visions] as a perfect example of good independent cinema".
