Director and editor
Alexander Cornelius Thompson
Alexander does the creative and technical stuff. He also handles all the commissioned projects, the stop motion animation, computer and physical effects, writes the scripts and comes up with the concepts. And more recently Alexander has delved into the world of interior commercial design for a clothing shop in Oxford.
Alexander started making films when he was 12 and wants to make his career in the film industry. He comes up with innovative ideas, creatively and technically, that push the frontiers of possibilities, always providing something unique in clients work, and inevitably his own.
Just recently he was at Ealing Studios doing an editing course and for the last two summers has been working at Pinewood Studios for Screen South and the sound company Reelsound where he did some paid editing for their showreel. He of course was able to observe the filming of some major Hollywood films being shot at the historic Pinewood studios and will shortly be returning to work for various other companies there this summer. He is an Apple certified Final Cut Pro editor.
Alexander is also an artist, often using technical innovations in his art that get transferred into his film work. He has also branched into professional and specialised HDR landscape photography, the results of which will be seen in the promotional material for a new clothing company, to be launched soon. Alexander plays the Oboe and Piano for fun.
