AWT Films was set up in 2004 by Alexander Cornelius who has all the ideas and generally does all of the work from concept to completion. No subcontracting here!
Alex is an Apple certified Final Cut Pro editor, and professional Video DJ (VJ) and was the creative director and VJ for one of the largest student nights in the UK - Fuzzy Ducks, the Oxford Brookes University Summer Ball (featuring the stars from The Only Way is Essex, and Wagner from X Factor) and the Fuzzyducks Tent at Bournemouth 7s Festival.
In the past we've done promo videos for 4 Play Events, editing for Reelsound's showreel, lighting and window design for the Whittawer Clothing Company, and HDR photographs for the Benson and I clothing company.
But AWT Films also makes its own films, such as 'Crime of the Century', which has received over 135,000 views on YouTube.
Alexander also works within the film industry at Pinewood studios working for various companies on the lot including Screen South, Centroid 3D, and Reelsound. He also worked on a top secret shoot for a series of adverts promoting the new 2011 Jaguar car line up for Tangerine Films at the start of the year. Alexander was again recently called in by Tangerine Films to help on the pre-production of a new car advert set to be shot later this year! Until then, details are under wraps.
